Questions about plans
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, with no time limit: 1 listing, 5 gallery photos and 3 categories. Upgrade whenever you need more.
What is the difference between the plans?
Here is what changes from plan to plan:
- Free (free): 1 listing, 3 categories, 10 amenities, 10 services, 5 products, 5 gallery photos, Website link type: No-follow, Analytics: Basic (totals)
- Premium (₹499 a month): 5 listings, 5 categories, 20 amenities, 20 services, 10 products, 50 gallery photos, Website link type: Do-follow (passes SEO value), Links in description, Priority ranking in search, Analytics: Advanced (14-day chart and breakdown)
- Featured (₹1,499 a month): 5 listings, 10 categories, 50 amenities, 50 services, 50 products, 100 gallery photos, Website link type: Do-follow (passes SEO value), Links in description, Featured placement, Priority ranking in search, Analytics: Advanced (14-day chart and breakdown), Priority support
How many listings can I add?
Free: 1 listing; Premium: 5 listings; Featured: 5 listings.
How many photos can I upload?
Free: 5 gallery photos; Premium: 50 gallery photos; Featured: 100 gallery photos. Your cover photo and logo are extra and don't count towards the gallery.
How do I get my listing featured?
The Featured plan includes featured placement: your listing is shown in the Featured sections of the homepage, category pages and search results, with a Featured badge. On any plan you can also book it on its own from your dashboard, at ₹50 a day (₹350 for 7 days).
Which plans give my website a do-follow link?
Premium and Featured. On other plans your website link is shown but marked no-follow, so it doesn't pass search-engine ranking value.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Every plan, including Free, can apply for the Verified badge. Upload a business document from the Verification tab of your dashboard; the badge appears once our team has checked it.
What analytics do I get?
Free: Basic (totals); Premium: Advanced (14-day chart and breakdown); Featured: Advanced (14-day chart and breakdown).
How do I pay, and when does my plan start?
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). Your plan switches on automatically the moment the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and a receipt is emailed to you.
Can I use a coupon?
Yes. Enter the code at checkout and the discount is shown before you pay. One coupon applies per order.
What happens if I cancel or my plan ends?
You can cancel any time from the Billing tab; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then your listing moves to the Free plan. Nothing you added is deleted: anything above the new plan's limits stays, you just can't add more until you upgrade.
