Questions from business owners
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, with no time limit: 1 listing, 3 gallery photos and 3 categories. Upgrade whenever you need more.
My business is already on Listingo. How do I take it over?
Open its page and choose "Claim this listing". Once we've confirmed you run the business, the listing moves into your dashboard with everything already on it.
How do customers get in touch with me?
Calls and WhatsApp messages come straight to your phone. Enquiries sent from your page land in the Enquiries inbox of your dashboard, where you can reply and track each one.
Can I reply to reviews?
Yes. You can answer any review from your dashboard, and your reply appears under the review on your listing for everyone to see.
How do I get my listing featured?
The Premium plan includes the Featured badge for 30 days; The Featured plan includes the Featured badge for 1 year: your listing is shown in the Featured sections of the homepage, category pages and search results, with a Featured badge. It runs for those days from when the plan starts, and you can renew it. On any plan you can also buy the Featured badge on its own from your listing's Badges page, at ₹3 a day (₹21 for 7 days).
How do I get the Verified badge?
Businesses on the Premium and Featured plans can apply for the Verified badge. Upload a business document from the Verification tab of your dashboard; the badge appears once our team has checked it, and lasts 1 year. You can renew it from 30 days before it ends. The Premium plan includes it for 1 year; The Featured plan includes it for 1 year.
How do I pay, and when does my plan start?
Paid plans are paid once (the plan never expires), in advance, through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). Your plan switches on automatically the moment the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and a receipt is emailed to you.
